The position of President of the Club is an honorary position.
The President is not a Club Member, has no voting rights nor
any position of responsibility within the Club.
The term of the Presidency is not fixed but is by mutual
agreement of the President and the Clubs Executive.
The President is appointed by the Club's Executive.
The Executive will retain the right to terminate the
Presidency at any point in time.
Other honorary Club positions can be created by the
Executive at any time in the same manner as defined above
for the President.
All honorary positions have no voting rights or any position
of executive responsibility within the Club.
Other Members: Any person who may be contributing in some manner,
other than as an Executive Member or a Manager
can be elected a Club Member.
These members are elected at the Club's AGM for a period of
one year, or at an interim EGM for the period up until
the next AGM.
Applications for membership require nominations from two existing
members prior to or at the AGM or EGM and require
a simple majority of members present at the
AGM or EGM to be elected.
There is no right for any member to vote by proxy.
Membership commences immediately after the completion
of the AGM or EGM at which the member was elected and terminates
on completion of the next AGM.
