Club Membership

A Club Member is any person entitled to vote at the club's AGM or any EGM.

All members have equal voting rights at the AGM or EGM.

A register of all Club Members will be maintained by the Club Secretary.

With the exception of the Vice Presidents, members are elected
at the Club's AGM for a period of one year, or at an interim
EGM for the period up until the next AGM.

Applications for membership require nominations from
two existing Club Members prior to or at the AGM or EGM
and require a simple majority of Club Members present
at the AGM or EGM to be elected.

Members cannot nominate themselves.

There is no right for any member to vote by proxy.

Membership commences immediately after the completion of
the AGM or EGM at which the Member was elected and
terminates on completion of the next AGM.

Members can make themselves available for re-election on termination
of membership subject to nomination as defined above.

Each football squad will nominate one or two people as Members,
these would normally be the Manager and the Assistant Manager
for the squad.
