Executive Members

The Executive consists of between four and seven members
of the club, elected at an AGM or EGM.
It will include, as a minimum, a Chairman, Secretary,
Treasurer and League Secretary and up to three other members.
Executive Members are also Club Members.
A register of all Executive Members will be maintained by
the Club Secretary.

Executive members are elected at the Club's AGM for a
period of one year,or at an interim EGM for the period up
until the next AGM.
Applications for each Executive position require nominations
from two existing Club Members prior to or at the AGM or EGM
and require a simple majority of Club Members present at
the AGM or EGM to be elected.

There is no right for any Member to vote by proxy.

One person can stand for election to more than one executive
position but may only accept hold one office.
Candidates for membership of the Executive do not need
to come from existing Members but can come from outside
of the Club Membership.

Executive membership commences immediately after
the completion of the AGM or EGM at which the member
was elected and terminates on completion of the next AGM.
Executive Members can make themselves available for
re-election to the Executive on termination of membership.
